Appointment Links

Appointment links let you connect two related appointments — for example, linking a consultation to the actual tattoo session, or connecting sessions in a multi-part project.

Section titled “Links section”

The appointment detail page shows a Links section listing all linked appointments. Each link shows the connected appointment’s details.

This section only appears if the appointment’s kind has the “Links” feature enabled.

Tap the + button in the links section to open the link creation sheet:

  1. Link type — Select the relationship type from a dropdown
  2. Appointment search — Search for and select the appointment to link to
Section titled “How links work”

Links are bidirectional — when you link Appointment A to Appointment B:

  • Appointment A shows B in its links section
  • Appointment B shows A in its links section

Each link stores:

  • The link type/relationship
  • References to both appointments
  • Audit fields (who created the link and when)
