Sharing Contracts

Once a contract is ready, there are multiple ways to share it with the customer.

Share methods

Section titled “Direct link”

Every published contract has a URL in the format your-domain.com/p/contract/{id}. This link can be shared through any communication channel.

Native share sheet

Section titled “Native share sheet”

Tap the share button on the contract card to open your device’s native share sheet. This publishes the contract (if not already published) and lets you share the contract URL via any installed app such as WhatsApp, email, or messaging.

QR code

Section titled “QR code”

The QR code page displays a scannable QR code containing the contract URL along with the direct link below it. This is ideal for:

  • In-person signing on a tablet
  • Displaying in the studio for walk-in clients
  • Printing on physical materials

Email / SMS (from appointment)

Section titled “Email / SMS (from appointment)”

When creating a contract from an appointment, you can toggle “Send to customer” and choose email or SMS delivery. The method is auto-detected based on the customer’s available contact information.

Publishing

Section titled “Publishing”

Sharing automatically publishes the contract. Publishing:

  • Makes the contract accessible via its URL
  • Generates an access code for authentication
  • Records the publish event in the contract history
