Recurring Appointments
Recurring appointments let you schedule repeating sessions — like weekly piercing checkups or monthly touch-up sessions.
Creating a series
Section titled “Creating a series”When creating an appointment, toggle Series mode to access the series configuration:
Frequency
Section titled “Frequency”- Daily — Repeats every N days
- Weekly — Repeats every N weeks on specific days
- Monthly — Repeats every N months on a specific day
Interval
Section titled “Interval”How often the pattern repeats (e.g., every 1 week, every 2 months).
End condition
Section titled “End condition”- After N occurrences — Stop after a fixed number of appointments
- Until date — Stop on a specific date
- Never — Continue indefinitely
Days of week (weekly only)
Section titled “Days of week (weekly only)”Select which days the appointment repeats on (Monday through Sunday). Automatically initialized from the start date.
Day of month (monthly only)
Section titled “Day of month (monthly only)”Select which day of the month the appointment falls on.
Series on the calendar
Section titled “Series on the calendar”Series appointments show a repeat icon badge on the calendar tile and a “Series” badge on the detail page header.
Editing series appointments
Section titled “Editing series appointments”When you edit, reschedule, or delete a series appointment, a scope dialog asks:
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| This appointment only | Changes only this single occurrence |
| This and following | Changes this and all future occurrences |
| All | Changes every appointment in the series |
Deleting a series
Section titled “Deleting a series”Deleting follows the same scope pattern — you can delete a single occurrence, this and following, or the entire series.
Restoring a series
Section titled “Restoring a series”Deleted series can be restored with the same scope options: single occurrence, this and following, or all.
Offline limitation
Section titled “Offline limitation”Series creation requires an internet connection because the server handles expanding the recurrence pattern into individual appointments. All other series operations (edit, delete, restore) work offline.
