inkStar’s contract system lets you create digital contracts with customizable templates, collect legally binding electronic signatures, and manage customer consent — all without paper.
How contracts work
Section titled “How contracts work”- Create a template — Build reusable templates with block types like text, inputs, checkboxes, and signature fields
- Create a contract — Generate a contract from a template, linked to a customer and optionally an appointment
- Share with customer — Send via email, SMS, QR code, or direct link
- Customer fills out — Customer authenticates, fills in fields, gives consent, and signs
- Signed PDF — A PDF is generated and stored for your records
