inkStar’s contract system lets you create digital contracts with customizable templates, collect legally binding electronic signatures, and manage customer consent — all without paper.

  1. Create a template — Build reusable templates with block types like text, inputs, checkboxes, and signature fields
  2. Create a contract — Generate a contract from a template, linked to a customer and optionally an appointment
  3. Share with customer — Send via email, SMS, QR code, or direct link
  4. Customer fills out — Customer authenticates, fills in fields, gives consent, and signs
  5. Signed PDF — A PDF is generated and stored for your records
