Template Attachments
Contract templates can have file attachments — like information sheets, photo release documents, or aftercare instructions.
Adding attachments
Section titled “Adding attachments”From the template detail page, use the attachments section to upload files. Supported types include PDF, image files, and other document types.
Must-download flag
Section titled “Must-download flag”Attachments can be marked as “must download” — this forces the customer to download and view the attachment before they can submit the contract. Useful for ensuring customers read important documents like aftercare instructions or studio policies.
Attachment caching
Section titled “Attachment caching”Attachment URLs have expiration times. The app automatically refreshes expired URLs when needed. Attachment data is cached locally for offline viewing.
