Terms of Service
Contract templates can include Terms of Service (ToS) that customers must accept before submitting.
Enabling ToS
Section titled “Enabling ToS”On the template’s master data page, toggle “Show Terms of Service”. When enabled, a rich text editor appears where you can write your terms.
Rich text editor
Section titled “Rich text editor”The ToS editor supports rich text formatting — headings, bold, italic, lists, and more. This opens a dedicated full-screen editor for comfortable editing.
Customer experience
Section titled “Customer experience”When a customer fills out the contract form:
- A Terms of Service checkbox appears in the consent section
- The customer can tap to view the full ToS text in a dialog
- The checkbox must be checked before the contract can be submitted
- The timestamp of acceptance is recorded
Data processing consent
Section titled “Data processing consent”In addition to the ToS checkbox, the contract form always includes a data processing consent checkbox. This is required for GDPR compliance and cannot be disabled.
