Attachments
Customer profiles support file attachments — commonly used for reference photos, ID documents, design inspirations, or progress images.
Viewing attachments
Section titled “Viewing attachments”The attachments section on the customer profile shows thumbnails. Tap to open a full-screen gallery view with hero animations.
Uploading
Section titled “Uploading”Tap + to upload new files. Both photos and other file types are supported. Upload has a 2-minute timeout for large files.
Multi-select mode
Section titled “Multi-select mode”Tap and hold to enter selection mode:
- Delete selected — Remove selected attachments
- Save to device — Download selected files to your device’s downloads folder
Offline caching
Section titled “Offline caching”Attachment data is cached locally, allowing you to view previously loaded attachments while offline.
History tracking
Section titled “History tracking”Attachment events are recorded in the customer’s activity feed:
- Attachment added
- Attachment removed
