Comments

Comments are internal staff discussions about a customer — visible only to your team, never to the customer. They’re different from notes, which are general-purpose information fields.

  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Scroll to the Comments & Activity section
  3. Switch to the Comments tab
  4. Type your comment in the text field
  5. Tap submit

Comments are listed chronologically with:

  • User avatar and name
  • Timestamp
  • Full comment text

Comments support full lifecycle management:

  • Create — Post a new comment
  • Edit — Update an existing comment
  • Delete — Remove a comment
  • Restore — Restore a deleted comment

Comments are cached locally for offline viewing.
