Comments
Comments are internal staff discussions about a customer — visible only to your team, never to the customer. They’re different from notes, which are general-purpose information fields.
Adding a comment
Section titled “Adding a comment”- Open the customer profile
- Scroll to the Comments & Activity section
- Switch to the Comments tab
- Type your comment in the text field
- Tap submit
Viewing comments
Section titled “Viewing comments”Comments are listed chronologically with:
- User avatar and name
- Timestamp
- Full comment text
Managing comments
Section titled “Managing comments”Comments support full lifecycle management:
- Create — Post a new comment
- Edit — Update an existing comment
- Delete — Remove a comment
- Restore — Restore a deleted comment
Caching
Section titled “Caching”Comments are cached locally for offline viewing.
