Customer Profile
The customer profile page displays all information about a customer in organized sections.
Header
Section titled “Header”- Full name with optional deleted badge
- Strike bar — Visual indicator of current strikes (red filled bars for strikes, grey for remaining slots)
- Lock/Unlock button — Toggle customer lock status
- Tapping the strike bar opens the strike management sheet
Name & tags
Section titled “Name & tags”The customer’s name and assigned tags displayed as colored pill badges.
Stats grid
Section titled “Stats grid”Four tappable stat cards, each navigating to filtered views:

Appointment dates
Section titled “Appointment dates”- Last appointment — Date of the most recent appointment
- Next appointment — Date of the upcoming appointment
- Date of birth
- Preferred communication method
- Contact type (Customer, Vendor, Lead)
- Assigned employee
Phone & email
Section titled “Phone & email”All phone numbers and email addresses with “main” indicators. Tappable to call or send email.
Notes displayed in a grid layout with title and body preview.
Attachments
Section titled “Attachments”Photo and file attachments in a gallery view.
Consents
Section titled “Consents”The consent management section showing all five consent types with status indicators.
Comments & activity feed
Section titled “Comments & activity feed”Tabbed section at the bottom with:
- Comments — Internal staff comments
- Activity — Full history and activity feed
Footer
Section titled “Footer”Creation and last update timestamps with user information.
