History & Activity
The activity feed on the customer profile provides a chronological record of everything related to that customer.
Viewing the feed
Section titled “Viewing the feed”The activity feed is in the tabbed section at the bottom of the customer profile page, alongside comments.
Event types
Section titled “Event types”The history tracks over 20 event types:
Appointment events
Section titled “Appointment events”- Appointment booked
- Appointment cancelled
Contract events
Section titled “Contract events”- Contract filled out
- Data synced from contract (when contract data updates customer fields)
Strike events
Section titled “Strike events”- Strike added (with reason and linked appointment)
- Strike removed (with reason)
- Strikes reset (with reason)
Consent events
Section titled “Consent events”- Consent to email notifications / unconsent
- Consent to SMS notifications / unconsent
- Consent to WhatsApp notifications / unconsent
- Consent to legal document
Attachment events
Section titled “Attachment events”- Attachment added
- Attachment removed
Administrative events
Section titled “Administrative events”- Customer locked
- Customer unlocked
- Customer deleted
- Customer restored
Each event shows the timestamp, the user who triggered it, and relevant details (like the reason text or linked appointment).
