History & Activity

The activity feed on the customer profile provides a chronological record of everything related to that customer.

The activity feed is in the tabbed section at the bottom of the customer profile page, alongside comments.

The history tracks over 20 event types:

  • Appointment booked
  • Appointment cancelled
  • Contract filled out
  • Data synced from contract (when contract data updates customer fields)
  • Strike added (with reason and linked appointment)
  • Strike removed (with reason)
  • Strikes reset (with reason)
  • Consent to email notifications / unconsent
  • Consent to SMS notifications / unconsent
  • Consent to WhatsApp notifications / unconsent
  • Consent to legal document
  • Attachment added
  • Attachment removed
  • Customer locked
  • Customer unlocked
  • Customer deleted
  • Customer restored

Each event shows the timestamp, the user who triggered it, and relevant details (like the reason text or linked appointment).
