Lock & Unlock

The lock feature lets you block a customer’s profile — useful for customers who have been banned or are no longer welcome.

  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Tap the lock icon in the header
  3. The lock sheet opens for confirmation
  4. Confirm to lock the customer
  1. Open the locked customer’s profile
  2. Tap the unlock icon in the header
  3. The unlock sheet opens for confirmation
  4. Confirm to unlock

Locked customers:

  • Show a lock indicator on their profile
  • Can be filtered in the contacts list (locked vs. not locked)

Lock and unlock events are recorded in the customer’s activity feed.
