Notes
Notes let you attach free-text information to customer profiles — useful for recording preferences, allergies, design ideas, or any other relevant information.
Viewing notes
Section titled “Viewing notes”Notes are displayed in a grid layout on the customer profile page, showing the title and a preview of the body text. Tap any note to view it in full-screen.
Creating a note
Section titled “Creating a note”Tap + in the notes section to open the note editor:
- Title (optional) — A short heading for the note
- Body (required) — The full note content
Editing notes
Section titled “Editing notes”Tap a note to view it, then tap the edit button to modify. Changes are saved when you tap the save button.
Deleting notes
Section titled “Deleting notes”Notes can be deleted from the full-screen view or via the context menu.
