Phone & Email
Customers can have multiple phone numbers and email addresses, each with a “main” designation.
Phone numbers
Section titled “Phone numbers”Adding a phone number
Section titled “Adding a phone number”From the customer edit page → Phone Numbers section, tap + to add a new number.
Main number
Section titled “Main number”One phone number can be marked as the main number. This is the primary contact number used for SMS notifications and communication.
Editing and removing
Section titled “Editing and removing”Each phone number can be individually edited or removed from the phone numbers sub-page.
Email addresses
Section titled “Email addresses”Adding an email
Section titled “Adding an email”From the customer edit page → Email Addresses section, tap + to add a new email.
Main email
Section titled “Main email”One email can be marked as the main email. This is used for:
- Contract sharing via email
- Email notification delivery
- Payment link communication
Editing and removing
Section titled “Editing and removing”Each email can be individually edited or removed from the emails sub-page.
Communication preferences
Section titled “Communication preferences”The customer profile also tracks a preferred communication method which can be:
- SMS
- Phone
This preference is stored on the customer and can be set via the edit page or automatically through contract consent collection.
