Phone & Email

Customers can have multiple phone numbers and email addresses, each with a “main” designation.

From the customer edit page → Phone Numbers section, tap + to add a new number.

One phone number can be marked as the main number. This is the primary contact number used for SMS notifications and communication.

Each phone number can be individually edited or removed from the phone numbers sub-page.

From the customer edit page → Email Addresses section, tap + to add a new email.

One email can be marked as the main email. This is used for:

  • Contract sharing via email
  • Email notification delivery
  • Payment link communication

Each email can be individually edited or removed from the emails sub-page.

The customer profile also tracks a preferred communication method which can be:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Phone
  • Instagram
  • Facebook

This preference is stored on the customer and can be set via the edit page or automatically through contract consent collection.
