Stats & Revenue
Each customer profile displays key business metrics that help you understand the customer’s value and history.
Stats grid
Section titled “Stats grid”Four metrics are displayed as tappable cards:
Appointments
Section titled “Appointments”Total number of appointments for this customer. Tap to navigate to the appointments list filtered by this customer.
Contracts
Section titled “Contracts”Total number of contracts for this customer. Tap to navigate to the contracts list filtered by this customer.
Revenue
Section titled “Revenue”Actual revenue received from this customer (sum of all payments). Tap to navigate to the payments list filtered by this customer.
Expected Revenue
Section titled “Expected Revenue”Expected revenue from pending or upcoming appointments. Display only — not tappable.
Appointment dates
Section titled “Appointment dates”Below the stats grid:
- Last appointment date — When the customer was last seen
- Next appointment date — When the customer is next expected
These dates help you quickly identify customers who haven’t visited in a while or who have upcoming sessions.
