Stats & Revenue

Each customer profile displays key business metrics that help you understand the customer’s value and history.

Four metrics are displayed as tappable cards:

Total number of appointments for this customer. Tap to navigate to the appointments list filtered by this customer.

Total number of contracts for this customer. Tap to navigate to the contracts list filtered by this customer.

Actual revenue received from this customer (sum of all payments). Tap to navigate to the payments list filtered by this customer.

Expected revenue from pending or upcoming appointments. Display only — not tappable.

Below the stats grid:

  • Last appointment date — When the customer was last seen
  • Next appointment date — When the customer is next expected

These dates help you quickly identify customers who haven’t visited in a while or who have upcoming sessions.
