Tags

Tags are custom, color-coded labels you can assign to customers for organization and filtering.

Go to Company Settings → Contact Tags to view, create, edit, and manage your tags.

Each tag has:

  • Label — The tag name (e.g., “VIP”, “Allergic to latex”, “Needs consultation”)
  • Color — A background and foreground color pair for the badge display

Tags can be edited, cloned, deleted, and restored from the tag detail page.

On the customer edit page, tap the Tags section to open a multi-select page where you can check/uncheck tags.

Tags appear as colored pill badges on the customer profile page, in the name/tags section. The tag count is shown in the edit page summary.

The contacts filter sheet lets you filter by tags. When multiple tags are selected, only customers that have all selected tags are shown.
