Tags
Tags are custom, color-coded labels you can assign to customers for organization and filtering.
Managing tags
Section titled “Managing tags”Go to Company Settings → Contact Tags to view, create, edit, and manage your tags.
Creating a tag
Section titled “Creating a tag”Each tag has:
- Label — The tag name (e.g., “VIP”, “Allergic to latex”, “Needs consultation”)
- Color — A background and foreground color pair for the badge display
Editing and deleting
Section titled “Editing and deleting”Tags can be edited, cloned, deleted, and restored from the tag detail page.
Assigning tags to customers
Section titled “Assigning tags to customers”On the customer edit page, tap the Tags section to open a multi-select page where you can check/uncheck tags.
Display
Section titled “Display”Tags appear as colored pill badges on the customer profile page, in the name/tags section. The tag count is shown in the edit page summary.
Filtering by tags
Section titled “Filtering by tags”The contacts filter sheet lets you filter by tags. When multiple tags are selected, only customers that have all selected tags are shown.
