Employees Overview

The employee system in inkStar manages your studio’s team — from work schedules and guest artists to manager hierarchies and profile pictures.

Each employee has:

  • Name — First and last name
  • Color — Used for calendar appearance and avatars
  • Work scheduleRegular schedule with optional overrides
  • Schedule typeFixed, Flexible, or Temporary
  • User link — Optional connection to a system user account
  • Manager — Optional manager hierarchy
  • Bank details — IBAN and account holder name
  • Profile picture — Custom uploaded photo or linked user’s avatar
