Employees Overview
The employee system in inkStar manages your studio’s team — from work schedules and guest artists to manager hierarchies and profile pictures.
Employee anatomy
Section titled “Employee anatomy”Each employee has:
- Name — First and last name
- Color — Used for calendar appearance and avatars
- Work schedule — Regular schedule with optional overrides
- Schedule type — Fixed, Flexible, or Temporary
- User link — Optional connection to a system user account
- Manager — Optional manager hierarchy
- Bank details — IBAN and account holder name
- Profile picture — Custom uploaded photo or linked user’s avatar
