Regular Schedule

The regular schedule defines an employee’s standard weekly working hours.

The interactive editor lets you configure each day of the week:

  • Tap a day (Mon–Sun) — Select it to view/edit its time ranges
  • Long-press a day — Toggle enabled/disabled (disabled days show as unavailable)

Each enabled day can have multiple time ranges (e.g., 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 for a lunch break):

  • Start time — When the work period begins
  • End time — When it ends
  • Duration label — Shows calculated duration (e.g., “8h”, “3h 30m”)
  • Add range (+) — Add another time range for split shifts
  • Remove range (trash) — Remove a time range

Each day is shown in a page view — swipe or tap days to navigate.

The regular schedule is shown on the employee detail page as a read-only Working Hours Table — a compact grid showing enabled days and their time ranges.

Schedule overrides can replace the regular schedule for specific date ranges.
