Schedule Types
Every employee has a schedule type that determines how their availability works.
The default schedule type. The employee has a set regular schedule — they’re available during their defined working hours every week.
Best for: Full-time artists and staff with consistent schedules.
Flexible
Section titled “Flexible”The employee has no fixed schedule and must confirm each appointment individually. This schedule type requires the employee to be linked to a user account.
The work week editor is hidden for flexible employees since their availability isn’t defined by regular hours.
Best for: Part-time artists or staff who work irregular hours.
Temporary
Section titled “Temporary”The employee has a regular schedule but it’s only valid within a specific date range (start date and optional end date). This is the schedule type used for guest artists.
A yellow “Temporary” badge appears on the employee profile, and the validity date range is prominently displayed.
Best for: Guest artists, temporary hires, or seasonal staff.
