Customer Templates
Customer notification templates control the messages sent to your clients at key moments in their journey.
Accessing templates
Section titled “Accessing templates”Go to Company Settings → Customer Notifications to view and edit templates.
Template types
Section titled “Template types”Appointment notifications

| Appointment Reminder | Before an upcoming appointment |
| Appointment Missed | When a customer misses an appointment |
| Downpayment Reminder | When a deposit is due |
| Auto-Cancelled | When an appointment is automatically cancelled |
| Thank You | After an appointment is completed |
| First Time Appointment | For a customer’s first-ever appointment |
| Follow-up Reminder | Reminding about a follow-up appointment |
Contract notifications
Section titled “Contract notifications”| Template | When sent |

| Contract Shared | When a contract is sent to the customer |

| Post-Signed | After the customer submits their contract |
Template configuration
Section titled “Template configuration”Each template has:
- Email enabled — Toggle email delivery on/off
- Email subject — The email subject line
- Email body — The email content
- SMS enabled — Toggle SMS delivery on/off
- SMS message — The SMS text content
Template variables
Section titled “Template variables”Templates support dynamic variables that are replaced with actual data when the message is sent — like customer name, appointment date, and studio name.
