Notifications Overview
inkStar’s notification system handles both outbound customer communications and inbound staff alerts.
Customer notifications
Section titled “Customer notifications”Customer notification templates control what messages your customers receive — appointment reminders, contract emails, and more. Each template supports both email and SMS channels.
Staff notifications
Section titled “Staff notifications”Staff notification preferences let each team member configure which events trigger notifications for them, and through which channels (email or push).
In-app notifications
Section titled “In-app notifications”The notification inbox provides a centralized feed of all events that require staff attention.
