Staff Preferences

Each team member can independently configure which events trigger notifications for them.

Go to User Settings → Notifications to configure your personal notification preferences.

Each notification type can be independently enabled/disabled for:

  • Email — Receive notifications via email
  • Push — Receive push notifications in the app
  • Appointment created — When a new appointment is booked
  • Downpayment due — When a deposit deadline is approaching
  • Contract submitted — When a customer submits a contract
  • Downpayment due — When a contract-related deposit is due
  • Fillout due — When a contract fillout deadline is approaching
  • Payment link paid — When a customer completes an online payment
  • Payment link cancelled — When a payment link is cancelled
  • Invited to company — When you’re invited to join a company
