Staff Preferences
Each team member can independently configure which events trigger notifications for them.
Accessing preferences
Section titled “Accessing preferences”Go to User Settings → Notifications to configure your personal notification preferences.
Notification channels
Section titled “Notification channels”Each notification type can be independently enabled/disabled for:
- Email — Receive notifications via email
- Push — Receive push notifications in the app
Notification types
Section titled “Notification types”Appointment notifications
Section titled “Appointment notifications”- Appointment created — When a new appointment is booked
- Downpayment due — When a deposit deadline is approaching
Contract notifications
Section titled “Contract notifications”- Contract submitted — When a customer submits a contract
- Downpayment due — When a contract-related deposit is due
- Fillout due — When a contract fillout deadline is approaching
Payment notifications
Section titled “Payment notifications”- Payment link paid — When a customer completes an online payment
- Payment link cancelled — When a payment link is cancelled
- Invited to company — When you’re invited to join a company
