Template Variables
Template variables are placeholders that get replaced with actual data when a notification is sent.
Inserting variables
Section titled “Inserting variables”When editing a notification template, use the Insert Variable button to open a sheet listing all available variables. Tap a variable to insert it at the cursor position.
Available variables
Section titled “Available variables”Variables are context-dependent — appointment templates have access to appointment-related variables, contract templates have contract-related variables.
Common variable categories include:
- Customer — Name, email, phone
- Appointment — Date, time, duration, employee name
- Studio — Studio name, address, contact info
- Contract — Contract name, link, deadline
The exact variables available depend on the template type.
