Payment Settings

Payment settings let you configure which payment methods are pre-selected when recording payments.

Go to Company Settings → Payment Settings.

The payment method that’s automatically selected when recording a regular payment. This saves time if most payments use the same method (e.g., cash or card terminal).

A separate default for recording deposit/downpayment payments. Useful if deposits are typically paid differently than regular payments (e.g., bank transfer for deposits, cash for final payments).

Tap the edit button to change the defaults. Select from your configured payment methods.

Default payment methods are cached locally and loaded synchronously when the payment sheet opens, ensuring the correct method is pre-selected without any loading delay.
