Refunds

inkStar supports refund tracking on payments.

Each payment tracks:

  • Refunded — Whether a refund has been issued
  • Refunded date — When the refund was processed
  • Refunded amount — The refund amount
  • Refunded reason — Why the refund was issued

From a payment tile’s context menu, select Refund (available when the payment has a positive amount and hasn’t already been refunded).

The payment search filters support filtering by refunded status.
