Payment Search & Filters
The global payments list page shows all payments across your studio with search and filter capabilities.
Keyword search
Section titled “Keyword search”Search payments by description or other text fields.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”Status
Section titled “Status”Filter by payment status: Pending, Authorized, Paid, Booked, Declined, Cancelled, Expired.
Refunded
Section titled “Refunded”Filter by refund status.
Payment method
Section titled “Payment method”Filter by specific payment methods.
Date range
Section titled “Date range”Filter by payment date range.
Filter by specific customers.
Sorting
Section titled “Sorting”Sort by:
- Date
- Amount
- Creation date
In ascending or descending order.
Payment tile display
Section titled “Payment tile display”Each payment tile shows:
- Status badge (colored per status)
- Payee name
- Payment method
- Payment link indicator (chain icon if linked to a payment link)
- Description
- Amount (green for positive, red for negative, struck-through if cancelled)
- Share button (for pending payment links)
- Context menu — Refund, Edit, Delete
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”The list loads 20 payments at a time with infinite scrolling.
