Custom Dashboards
Dashboards are your personalized views into studio performance data.
Creating a dashboard
Section titled “Creating a dashboard”From the Reports list page, tap + and enter a name for your dashboard.
Adding widgets
Section titled “Adding widgets”Tap Add Widget to open the widget selection sheet. Available widget types:
Financial widgets
Section titled “Financial widgets”- Revenue Timeline — Line chart showing revenue over time
- Revenue by Employee — Revenue breakdown per staff member, with individual colored lines
- Revenue Breakdown — Column chart of revenue categories
- Payments by Method — Distribution of payments across payment methods
Operational widgets
Section titled “Operational widgets”- Appointments Timeline — Appointment count over time
- Employee Appointments — Appointment count per employee
Configuring widgets
Section titled “Configuring widgets”Each widget can be individually configured via the widget configuration sheet, including:
- Data filters (e.g., specific employees)
- Display options
Reordering
Section titled “Reordering”Drag and drop widgets to rearrange your dashboard layout.
Period selection
Section titled “Period selection”A period dropdown at the top of each dashboard controls the time range for all widgets:
- This month
- Custom date range
- Other preset periods
Period selection persists per-dashboard.
Dashboard settings
Section titled “Dashboard settings”From the dashboard options menu:
- Edit — Rename the dashboard
- Share — Configure sharing settings
- Delete — Remove the dashboard
