Sharing Dashboards
Dashboards can be shared with varying levels of access.
Sharing options
Section titled “Sharing options”Private
Section titled “Private”Only you can see the dashboard. This is the default.
Shared with specific users
Section titled “Shared with specific users”Select individual team members who can access the dashboard. Each shared user can be assigned a role:
- Viewer — Can view the dashboard but not modify it
- Editor — Can view and modify the dashboard
Company-wide
Section titled “Company-wide”Everyone in the company can access the dashboard.
Configuring sharing
Section titled “Configuring sharing”From the dashboard options menu, select Share to open the sharing settings sheet. Add or remove users and set their access level.
