Appointments
Section titled “Appointments”Calendar not showing appointments
Section titled “Calendar not showing appointments”Check your calendar filters — certain appointment kinds, states, or employees may be filtered out.
Can’t mark appointment as done
Section titled “Can’t mark appointment as done”Appointments that are in the future cannot be marked as done. Wait until the appointment date or reschedule it to an earlier time.
Double-booking warning
Section titled “Double-booking warning”The conflict detection warns when an employee has overlapping appointments. Check the employee’s existing schedule before confirming.
Payments
Section titled “Payments”Payment link tab not showing
Section titled “Payment link tab not showing”The payment link tab only appears when Mollie is connected. Verify your Mollie integration status in Company Settings → Payment Integrations.
Mollie connected but no profile selected
Section titled “Mollie connected but no profile selected”After connecting Mollie, you must select a profile. Check the Payment Integrations page for a warning indicator.
Contracts
Section titled “Contracts”Contract not accessible to customer
Section titled “Contract not accessible to customer”Ensure the contract has been published (shared). Draft contracts are not accessible via their URL.
Customer can’t find access code
Section titled “Customer can’t find access code”The access code is generated when the contract is published. Share it alongside the contract link.
Offline
Section titled “Offline”Changes not syncing
Section titled “Changes not syncing”Pending operations sync when connectivity returns. Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
Series creation fails offline
Section titled “Series creation fails offline”Recurring appointment creation requires an internet connection because the server handles series expansion.
