Managing Users

The Users list page shows all team members with access to your studio.

Each user tile shows:

  • Profile picture and name
  • Email address
  • Assigned role

View a user’s full profile:

  • Profile picture
  • Name and email
  • Assigned role
  • Linked employee (if applicable)
  • Profile picture — Upload via Clerk (direct upload, not through inkStar backend)
  • Role assignment — Change the user’s role

Each user can manage their own settings from User Settings:

  • Account — Change password
  • Preferences — Language (English, Deutsch, or System default) and currency (read-only, from company)
  • Notification preferences — Which events trigger notifications
