Managing Users
The Users list page shows all team members with access to your studio.
User list
Section titled “User list”Each user tile shows:
- Profile picture and name
- Email address
- Assigned role
User detail page
Section titled “User detail page”View a user’s full profile:
- Profile picture
- Name and email
- Assigned role
- Linked employee (if applicable)
Editing users
Section titled “Editing users”- Profile picture — Upload via Clerk (direct upload, not through inkStar backend)
- Role assignment — Change the user’s role
User settings
Section titled “User settings”Each user can manage their own settings from User Settings:
- Account — Change password
- Preferences — Language (English, Deutsch, or System default) and currency (read-only, from company)
- Notification preferences — Which events trigger notifications
Logout
Section titled “Logout”Available from the user settings page.
