Multi-Company
inkStar supports multiple companies per user account — perfect for studio owners who manage multiple locations or brands.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Each company in inkStar is a fully separate entity with its own:
- Employees
- Customers
- Appointments
- Contracts
- Payments
- Settings
- Subscription plan
Company switcher
Section titled “Company switcher”The side menu includes a company switcher button at the top. Tap it to see all your companies and switch between them.
Each company shows:
- Name and logo
- Plan badge (Solo or Team)
- Setup completion status
Creating additional companies
Section titled “Creating additional companies”From the companies list, tap + to start the Create Company Wizard. This is similar to the First Setup Wizard but designed for adding subsequent companies.
Switching companies
Section titled “Switching companies”When you switch to a different company, the app performs a full reload — all data, settings, and context switch to the selected company.
Companies list
Section titled “Companies list”The companies list page shows all companies you have access to with search functionality. Each company tile is tappable to switch.
